CUMFI has a total of 64 affordable housing units.

All our homes and Affordable Apartments have a zero-tolerance policy toward alcohol/substance abuse and violent behavior’s.

Affordable Housing is comprised of four apartment buildings on 402 Ave P South with 31 units and 406 with 11 units and 102 -12 units & 104 10 units on Ave T south.

​

All of CUMFI’s affordable apartments are within the Pleasant Hill community area. The advantage of location includes easy access for former clients/residents now residing at the affordable apartments and wishing to continue access to support programs within the community
